Comes to the District with 28 years of service in Municipal government. Served as Police Chief for 3 years, Public Safety Director (Director of Police, Fire and Emergency Services Department) 11 years and City Administrator 14 years. Two of the 3 cities he worked for were dependent on groundwater for their water supply.

Administrative Assistant Sally Williams

Employed February, 2007

Ms Williams comes to the District with more than 20 years of experience in office administration and management. Her additional experience includes thirty-plus years in broadcasting and advertising as manager, account executive and writer.
