WELL REGISTRATION

All Water wells located within the Bluebonnet Groundwater Conservation District (District or BGCD) must be registered with the District. The District includes all of Austin, Grimes and Walker Counties.

 

EXEMPT WELLS: Domestic, Agriculture, RRC Drilling, and RRC Mining

NON-EXEMPT WELLS: Public Water Supply, Industrial Use, Injection, Recreational Use, and Transported Outside of District
