2026 PROPOSED DFCs – The 2026 Proposed DFCs are open for public comment. Comments can be submitted by email (zholland@bluebonnetgroundwater.org), mail (P.O. Box 269, Navasota, Texas 77868), or delivered to the District Offices (1903 Dove Crossing Lane, Suite A, Navasota, Texas 77868). The District will also schedule and post a public hearing to receive additional comments in coordination with our September Board Meeting.
