The Bluebonnet GCD Board of Directors holds regular meetings quarterly in January, April, July, and October. The board holds special meetings as necessary at the call of the President or at the request of 3 Directors. Regular meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 6:00 PM.

Regular meetings are held in the District Board Room at 1903 Dove Crossing Ln. Ste A, in Navasota, Texas. Special meetings may be held at a time and place designated in the call for the meeting. Meeting dates, times, and locations are subject to change.
